Why did AI produce an answer but the user received nothing?¶
Ask AI only obtains a result. Follow it with a message block containing the model's answer chip.
Why does a button not trigger the message branch?¶
A callback button creates a Button event, not a Message event. Connect that event output and check ${callback.data}. A link button only opens its URL.
Why did a value disappear on the next message?¶
Step results belong to one run. Use a variable or table for memory between messages.
Why did a new JSON field not appear in the result?¶
The JSON block extracts selected fields but does not invent values: a missing value becomes null. Check the source JSON and exact key name. Without a key list, it returns the whole JSON.
Do I publish separately after saving?¶
No. Save publishes immediately. If saving fails, read the error; do not assume the flow was updated.
Why are some blocks unavailable?¶
Availability depends on the messenger, connections and account configuration. Use actions offered in the current menu; older examples may differ.
