Define the bot's goal

One task for the first launch¶

Answer three questions:

1. Who uses the bot?
2. What do they send: a question, command or request?
3. What should they receive: an answer, a saved record or a reminder?

For example: “The bot accepts apartment viewing requests, saves contact details and confirms receipt.” This can already be broken into steps.

Set boundaries¶

• What does the bot handle, and what goes to a person?
• How should it respond to an unclear request?
• Which actions require confirmation?
• What single example demonstrates that it works?

Start with that example. Add payments, broadcasts or complex moderation only after checking the main path.
