Guide
Diagnostics
Find the cause and collect useful error details.
Check in this order¶
- Connected? Open the bot page and check its channel, replies and chat access.
- Event arriving? Is the right output enabled: message, button or reaction?
- Path to the action? Check Launch connections and the selected condition branch.
- Fields filled? Review red hints, chip names, chat and message IDs.
- Access available? Check the provider key, integration account and bot permissions.
- Flow saved? Wait for saving to succeed, then repeat one test event.
In the error log¶
Open Runtime errors on the bot page. Find your test time and the failing block. For a service error, check that service's connection and restrictions.
If replies are duplicated¶
- Are there two sends in the same branch?
- Does the event lead to several identical branches?
- Does the flow react to the bot's own messages?
- Is another service processing the same token?
Do not delete the flow or change tokens at random. If the cause is unclear, prepare a support request.
