Publish and maintain

Publish changes¶

1. Fill required fields and check connections.
2. Select Save on the flow and wait for success.
3. Check that Replies are enabled on the bot page.
4. Send a test event in the messenger.

Saving immediately publishes the current flow. Use a separate bot for experiments.

Monitor operation¶

• Home shows activity across bots and on individual cards.
• Runtime errors shows failures and the steps where they happened.
• Advanced bot settings contain chats, access, variables, tables and keys.
• Check current plan terms and limits in your profile.

Pause replies¶

Turn off Replies on the bot page. The bot and flow remain. Turn replies back on and send a test message to resume.

The replies switch does not reverse actions already performed. Cancel scheduled reminders separately when needed.
